IV The Fall of Neith

In 1777 AD J. H. Lambert, who has published the moon’s orbit, petitions William Herschel to publish his work and is refused, and the last sightings are made at Glastonbury. Later that year the Rumps turn on Neith; the Sun goes dark as Chæmbo’s ship approaches, and it captures the entire moon, with many Chickens still on it. Yet The Peace is reckoned still.
