Lycurgus Aristides Zanzibar

Professor of Sneek Studies at Sheffenmeijer University, and the only non-feline ever given a Rump Factor, though only an honorary one.
Professor Lycurgus Aristides Zanzibar, Author of a myriad of scientific publications including “A Treatise on Viscous Processes of Differential Loosening”, “Sneek modulation in convex polymer chains”, “Loosening as a Reverse Process of Reverse Loosening”, and many more. At 22 years of age, Zanzibar was appointed to the prestigious post of Professor of Sneek Studies at Sheffenmeijer University and received the Zaxamite Medal from Professor Zaxamite himself. He was even given an honorary Rump Factor of 0.5 (of course this held no real legal binding).
Unfortunately, later in his life, Zanzibar fell from favor with the Rumps due to revelations that he had attempted in his youth to synthesize monkey and chicken mechanics. In 1904 CP, Zanzibar was stripped of his Rump Factor and incinerated (along with his entire extended family).
The honorary Rump Factor§
The Hassimir council only once awarded a RF to a non-Rumpish person (NRP), this was Professor Zanzibar, who was given an honorary RF by Lieutenant Gorginmeijer Borgleaus. Borgleaus was called before the council, reprimanded, and the practice was thereafter discontinued. Zanzibar was stripped of his RF only after his association and meddling in Chicken affairs was discovered. Zanzibar's was only ever an honorary score, held by no other non-feline. The only non-Rump to hold a true Rump Factor is a Non-Rumpish Feline, the Earth Cat Mersenne Prime, at 0.6.
