On Neithan Creatures
Sneeks, Cheeks, Beeks, Neeks, and the indigenous Bookoos and Nakoos.
The collection notes↗
Neith is home to many species. When the Chickens discovered the satellite in 234 CP, they were delighted to find a rich assortment of creatures. While it's quite common to find Sneeks and Cheeks throughout the universe, the variety found on Neith and by extension, Venus was unprecedented.

In addition to this, indigenous creatures were discovered, these are of course, the Bookoos and Nakoos. These creatures are not know to exist anywhere else in the universe and are believed to have evolved billions of years before the finding of Neith.
Beeks and Neeks are also prevalent on Neith, though where either first arose is not known. The former has proliferated throughout the universe in recent years while the latter has been sparingly imported to various terrestrial bodies to assist in regulation of tectonic forces.

In 1297 CP, Leftenant Dr. Sheffenmeijer surveyed Neith for a total of three centuries. He spent a majority of his time studying the plethora of Cheek species Neith and Venus had to offer - Reference this page on Cheeks to learn more.
However, Dr. Sheffenmeijer's work also revealed much about the other inhabitants of Neith and Venus. The works of Dr. Sheffenmeijer are considered the defacto authority on Sneeks, Cheeks, Beeks, Neeks, as well as Bookoos and Nakoos.
Entries in this collection
People & persons
- Sheffenmeijer — The prominent Rumpish scholar whose works are considered the defacto authority on Sneeks, Cheeks, Beeks, Neeks, and Bookoos and Nakoos.
Peoples & civilizations
- Chickens of Earth — Chickens apart from those of Neith: an example of the degenerative effects of high-concentration cheek exposure on the chicken anatomy, which has left them almost without intellect.
Creatures
- Beeks — Found almost everywhere, and unusually numerous on Neith, though where they first arose is not known; the Neublar variety lives in nebulae.
- Bookoos and Nakoos — Indigenous Neithan creatures, not known to exist anywhere else in the universe.
- Cheeks — One of the most abundant species in the Local Group; on Neith alone, over 69 trillion documented cheek sub-species.
- Neeks — Widespread and prevalent on Neith, though where they first arose is not known; imported to many worlds to help regulate tectonic forces.
- Sneeks — Found throughout the universe and prevalent on Neith; Dr. Sheffenmeijer discovered the scalar Sneek field in 1704 CP.
Celestial bodies & places
- Beakie Neublar Nebulae — Not one place but any nebula, anywhere, where the Neublar Beeks make their home.
- Neith — The lost moon of Venus and the Chicken home world, captured whole by Chæmbo's ship in 1777 AD.
- Sobek Mountains — Treacherous mountains of Neith where a decommissioned moon laser was stored; home to the largest Nakoos.
- Venus — The second planet from the Sun; Neith was its moon until 1777 AD.
Sciences, concepts & terms
- Sneek Tidal Interference — The novel method Bentworthe used in 1762 to indirectly measure the magnetic field of Neith.
Artifacts & works
- Sheffenmeijer's Taxonomy of Cheeks — An 8,593 page treatise, required reading for all students attending Sheffenmeijer University.
