Davos Hassimir
Also: Mayor Davos Hassimir
Founder of the Hassimir Council, which in 500 CP took over the government of the Rumps from the IGRSE.
Mayor Davos Hassimir, founder of the Hassimir Council, which was founded in 500 CP after The Destruction of Chickenheim and The Fall of Chickendom.
Hassimir founded the Council when the Rumps had outgrown government by the IGRSE. They had a conquered people to rule and a growing military to order, and after Arch Duke Quillis Cromwell's siege of the exchange in 327 CP, little faith remained in its ability even to protect itself. Under the Council, a Rump's standing came to rest on military merit, measured by the Rump Factor, rather than on wealth.
